Introduction To XML Application Development (2 Day Course)

 Course Summary:

The goal of this course is to provide students with an understanding of what Extensible Markup Language (XML) is, why it is used and how to integrate it with existing web and pc based applications for richer, better performing applications.

Students will learn how to take a simple XML document and perform powerful operations with it using Extensible Stylesheet Language (XSL). XSL allows us to transform the raw data into a whole new form via XSLT. These new data structures can then be used in web or pc based applications.

 Intended Audience:

This course is intended for existing application developers who wish to leverage the power that XML and XSLT offer and incorporate that into their applications.
